Mr. Surender Singh is the force behind PMS Care Relocation Services Pvt. Ltd., who co-founded the company and remains its Managing Director. With over 21 years of experience in the relocation industry, he established PMS Care in 2011 with a mission: to provide reliable and customer-focused relocation services all over India.

Due to his foresight and leadership, the firm has evolved as a trusted name in the sector, renowned for its professionalism and true concern. In 2024, PMS Care took a major step towards becoming a private limited company, initiating a new era of planned development and innovation.

Right from the early days in 2011, Ms. Manju Devi has been the pillar of PMS Care. Being Mr. Surender Singh's wife and Director of the company, she has played a fundamental role in building the business from scratch. Her tireless commitment and work behind the scenes have built a robust company culture based on trust, compassion, and teamwork.

Ms. Devi is personally involved in strategic planning and employee training, an indicator of her commitment to the success of the company in the future. She is still a source of guidance, making sure that PMS Care maintains its core beliefs while providing services that truly care for the customer.
